Ask about clinic visibility work
Use the form for questions about the course, a confusing AI answer, or a clinic evidence problem you are trying to understand. I read best when the message includes the patient-style question, the answer that caused concern, and the public surface you were checking, such as a service page, map listing, review source, Thai page, or English profile.
Common questions
Is the course free?
Yes. I made this as a free learning course for independent Thai dental clinics and the people who help maintain their public information. There is no required payment, subscription, or consultation attached to reading it.
Do I get a certificate?
No. I do not issue certificates for this course because it is open educational material, not a formal training program with assessment. The patient-answer readings are there to sharpen your checking, not to produce a credential.
Should I read the lectures in order?
I recommend reading them in order the first time. The course begins with a raw patient answer, then adds name, place, category, sources, language, reviews, and repair work. After that, you can return to whichever lecture matches the clinic problem in front of you.
Do I need to complete every reading task?
The reading tasks are for self-checking only. Nobody grades them, and I do not use them to judge whether you have finished the course. They are useful because they make you stop and decide what the answer actually claimed.
What should I do if a section is unclear?
Send a note through the form and describe where you got stuck. I can usually help better if you include the clinic surface you were checking, such as a map listing, service page, review source, or English profile.
Which languages does the course use?
The base course text is in English. The examples and method pay close attention to Thai and English evidence together, because many clinic visibility problems begin when those two surfaces no longer say the same thing clearly.
Can I use this if I am outside dental care?
You can, but the examples are written for independent Thai dental clinics. If you work with another small service business, the reading method may still help, especially around names, locations, categories, reviews, and public source conflicts.
Bring one unclear answer and the public evidence around it.
That is enough to begin a useful visibility reading.
