Terms of use
These terms cover the site chatgptthai.com and the contact form on it. The site publishes a free course about how AI systems describe a dental clinic. It sells nothing — no visibility service, no audit, no advertising.
1. Using the site
The lectures set out, in good faith, how language models tended to read clinic materials at the time of writing. Each describes observed behaviour, not legal, commercial, medical, or regulatory advice, and not a verdict on any clinic. Decisions you make from the material are your own.
Bulk scraping of the lectures and republishing long passages without credit are not allowed. Linking and short quotation with a named source are fine.
2. The contact form
Sending the form is not an offer, a contract, or a promise on either side. It is just a tidy way to pass along context. A reply comes when the question can be answered usefully; submitting the form does not create a right to a particular answer or a fixed response time.
A question may go unanswered if it falls well outside the course's subject or if there is no time to give it a proper reply. That is never a judgement on your clinic.
3. Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, liability for use of this free material is limited. The lectures describe AI behaviour, which shifts with model updates, platform policy, the wording of a question, and time; nothing here guarantees how any system will describe a particular clinic. Liability is not excluded for intent, fraud, or gross negligence, or wherever the law forbids exclusion.
4. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the European Union member state where the site is hosted, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
5. Changes to these terms
These terms change as the course evolves. The "Updated" date at the top marks the version in force.
